If anyone thinks they do not need a Realtor they are WRONG! Rachel helped me out immensely, I wanted to put an offer in a home for over a month, when I finally decided to Rachel took the initiative to look up the history of this home..and I'm glad that she did!! I would have made he BIGGEST mistake if I would have went with the realtor who was selling this home. To make a long story short Rachel found me an even better home at a better price, what more could I have asked for. I will now refer Rachel Delduca to all of my family and friends.

We stumbled upon Rachel when wanting to view one of her listings. We knew we wanted to move to the Niagara area, we came nto town one Sunday and booked appointments with the listing agents of the homes that we were most interested in. We found that a few agents seemed to be bothered that they had to show us a house on a Sunday afternoon. Rachel booked the appointment for us right away. She took the initiative to ask questions, and asked if we needed some help. Rachel had all the answers that we were looking for in moving to a new area. To make a long story short after veiwing a few homes in the area Rachel decided to get a quote from a local builder. We found that the price was great and moved forward with an offer. Rachel was able to find us everything we wanted and more. Rachel was very helpful throughout the whole process. At no point did we ever feel like this was just another transaction for her.
